When payments are made through PayPal you are also required to accepts PayPal’s terms and conditions which can be found on their website. PayPal provides a secure payment service; we accept no responsibility for any problems or losses experiences when using this service. All payment issues whilst using PayPal’s service must be addressed to PayPal.

 

Full refunds can be requested up to 14 days before the event or workshops scheduled start. No refunds can be processed after these time unless we are able to resell your place from a waiting list.

As our workshops are lead by  professionals who are actively working within our industry on any number of projects at any given time, UnSub reserves the right to cancel or change the date of a workshop or seminar. Members agree that whilst this should be avoided at all times, it is sometimes unavoidable. As much notice as possible will be given to those who have booked on a workshop. Full refunds are offered in these circumstances. No other compensation can be paid.
